淄博医药产业创新中心超高层结构设计

[摘要]淄博医药产业创新中心采用钢筋混凝土框架-核心筒结构,结构高度为142-2m,为超高层建筑。结构存在竖向体型收进,导致结构竖向刚度突变和应力集中。设计中通过合理的结构布置,减弱了体型收进带来的不利影响,并对体型收进位置的结构构件采取了针对性的加强措施。结合建筑特点及结构超限情况,确定了结构抗震性能目标,并阐述了核心筒位置剪力墙布置等设计问题。对建筑进行了多遇地震、设防烈度地震和罕遇地震作用下的计算分析,计算结果表明,结构能够达到预期的抗震性能化目标。

Structural design of super high-rise building of Zibo Pharmaceutical Innovation Center

Abstract:Zibo Pharmaceutical Innovation Center is a super high-rise building adopting reinforced concrete frame-corewall structure with the building height of 142-2m. There exists vertical shape setback in the building to lead to vertical stiffness mutation and stress concentration. The reasonable structural arrangement in design weakened the negative influence of shape setback, and corresponding strengthening measures were taken on the structural components at the position of shape setback. Combining with the architecture characteristics and the out-of-code conditions, performance-based seismic design objectives were determined and design problems as arrangement of shear walls of the corewall was introduced. Calculations and analyses under the frequent earthquake, precautionary earthquake and rare earthquake were carried out. The calculation results show that performances of the structure can achieve respected performance-based seismic design objectives.
