弹性应变式传感器的研制及其在古建木构试验中的应用*

[摘要]现有传感器在古建木构试验应用中的局限性明显,现结合木构承载和变形的特点,引入了弹性应变式传感器。标定数据表明:弹性应变式传感器各项静态技术参数较好,应变与所求的力和位移之间具有显著的线性相关性。该传感器可用来测量枓栱构件自身变形及构件间相对位移和静摩擦系数。在足尺古建木构试验中,弹性应变式传感器数据可靠,重复性较好。最后,推导了间接法求绝对位移量的计算公式。

Development of the elastic strain sensor and its application in ancient timber structure tests

Abstract:Existing sensors have obvious application limitations in the ancient timber structure test. Combined with timber structure′s bearing and deformation characteristics, elastic strain sensor was introduced. The calibration data show that all the static technical parameters of the elastic strain sensor are well, and there is an obvious linear correlation between the strain and the calculated force and displacement. The sensor can be used to measure the Dougong member′s deformation and relative displacement and static friction coefficient between members. In the full-scale ancient timber structure test, data of elastic strain sensor is reliable and repeatable. Finally, the calculation formula of the absolute displacement using the indirect method was derived.
