钢筋与纤维增强水泥基复合材料粘结性能试验研究

[摘要]纤维增强水泥基复合材料(PVA-ECC)是一种新型高性能建筑材料,具有假应变硬化和超高的韧性等特性,将其用于工程结构可大幅提升结构的承载力、延性和耗能性能。而钢筋与PVA-ECC之间的粘结性能是影响钢筋增强PVA-ECC结构力学性能的关键因素。通过钢筋与PVA-ECC拉拔试验研究了钢筋与PVA-ECC的粘结破坏机理和破坏形态,分析了钢筋类型、锚固长度、保护层厚度和配箍率等因素对钢筋与PVA-ECC粘结性能的影响。

Experimental study on bond behavior between steel bars and  patterned vertical alignment engineered cementitious composite

Abstract:Patterned vertical alignment engineered cementitious composite (PVA-ECC) is a new high-performance building material with features of pseudo strain hardening behavior and super high toughness. Application of PVA-ECC in engineering projects can improve load bearing capacity, ductility and energy dissipation ability of structures. The bond behavior between steel bars and PVA-ECC is the key factor affecting mechanical properties of the reinforced PVA-ECC members or structures. Pullout tests were conducted to study the bond failure mechanism and mode between steel bars and PVA-ECC. The influences of various parameters, such as the steel type, embedment length, thickness of protective layer and stirrup ratio, on the bond behaviors between steel bars and PVA-ECC were comprehensively analyzed.
