高强树脂混凝土弯拉疲劳损伤性能试验研究*

[摘要]为了研究高强树脂混凝土的疲劳损伤性能,开展了大样本条件下的高强树脂混凝土弯拉疲劳试验。通过疲劳统计分析,获得了单对数S-N曲线、双对数S-N曲线、疲劳极限、威布尔形状参数及尺度参数。结果表明,高强树脂混凝土疲劳寿命符合威布尔分布规律;其剩余刚度(动态模量)初始阶段下降较快,中间过程下降较为缓慢,试件断裂前则突然降低,具有明显的“突然死亡”现象;建立的高强树脂混凝土刚度退化模型具有较好的预测性。

Experiment research on bending-tensile fatigue damage performance of high-strength resin concrete

Abstract:In order to investigate the fatigue damage performance of high-strength resin concrete, bending-tensile fatigue tests based on the condition of large samples were conducted. The fatigue statistical analysis was conducted to obtain semi-logarithm S-N curve, dual-logarithm S-N curve, fatigue limit, Weibull shape parameter and scale parameter. The results show that the fatigue lifetime distribution of high-strength resin concrete confirms to Weibull distribution law. The residual stiffness (dynamic modulus) of high-strength resin concrete under fatigue loading decreases rapidly in the initial loading stage and decreases slowly in the intermediary stage. However, it experiences a significant decay rapidly approximating to the ultimate failure stress, resulting in a clear sudden failure. The established stiffness degradation model of high-strength resin concrete has a good predictive ability.
