[摘要]为了研究掺钢渣再生骨料自密实混凝土的工作性能及钢渣掺量对抗压强度的影响,通过与无钢渣再生骨料自密实混凝土的对比试验,研究了不同磨细钢渣取代率(10%,20%,30%,40%,50%)对再生骨料自密实混凝土抗压强度的影响。试验结果表明:随着钢渣取代水泥量增大,坍落扩展度先降低后提高,T500时间先长后短,间隙通过性先好后差,拌合物离析率同样先降低后提高,混凝土28d抗压强度不断降低。采用15%的粉煤灰和10%的钢渣取代水泥制备出了C40强度等级混凝土,为今后研究复掺钢渣对再生骨料自密实混凝土性能的影响提供基础。

Experimental study on workability and compressive strength of self-compacting concrete with recycled aggregate of steel slag

Abstract:In order to study the workability of self-compacting concrete with recycled aggregate of steel slag and the influence of steel slag on compressive strength, comparison experiment was conducted on self-compacting concrete with and without steel slag. Influence of different substitution rates (10%, 20%, 30%, 40%, 50%) of levigated steel slag on compressive strength of self-compacting concrete with recycled aggregate was studied. Experimental results show that with increase of steel slag replacing cement quantity, the slump spread degree decreases first and then increases. Time of T500 is long at first and then is short, and passing quality through gaps is first good and then poor. Mixture segregation rate also decreases at first and then increases. The 28d compressive strength of the concrete continues to reduce. The concrete with C40 strength grade is made from 15% fly ash and 10% steel slag replaced cement, providing the basis for the future research of influence of steel slag mixture on performance of self-compacting concrete with recycled aggregate.
