双曲线抛物面钢结构冷却塔尺寸参数优选研究*

[摘要]以国外某200m高钢筋混凝土结构冷却塔为设计原型,通过有限元方法对双曲线抛物面钢结构冷却塔尺寸参数进行优选。建立16组不同网格尺寸及网壳厚度的模型,基于国内常见的环境条件进行内力计算及结构优选以计算各模型相应用钢量。结果表明,当选定网格尺寸为4m、网壳厚度为5m时,双曲线抛物面钢结构冷却塔用钢量最小,且稳定性也满足《空间网格结构技术规程》(JGJ 7—2010)要求,但不同网格尺寸及网壳厚度对应结构用钢量及稳定性差异不大。

Optimization research on size parameters of hyperbolic parabolic steel structure cooling tower

Abstract:Taking a 200m high steel reinforced concrete structure cooling tower in the foreign country as the design prototype, the size parameters of hyperbolic parabolic steel structure cooling tower were optimized by using the finite element method. Sixteen groups of models with different mesh sizes or shell thicknesses were established to carry out internal force calculation and structural optimization based on the domestic common environmental conditions, in order to calculate corresponding steel amounts of the models. Results show that the hyperbolic parabolic steel structure cooling tower has the minimum steel amount with selected mesh size of 4m and shell thickness of 5m. The stability also fulfills the requirements of Technical specification for spatial grid structure (JGJ 7—2010). However, the differences in structural steel amount and stability related to different mesh sizes and shell thicknesses are small.
