大连电视塔结构检测与构件修复及置换设计研究

[摘要]大连电视塔经历1997年火灾后,在后期使用过程中观察到部分钢结构构件发生弯曲,并有逐渐恶化的趋势,在此情况下2010年对电视塔主体钢结构进行了整体变形和构件弯曲的检测,发现构件变形远大于规范要求。在本次检测的基础上,设计了带有伸缩节的置换构件和临时支撑构件,并在采用了结构应力监测措施的条件下对弯曲构件和薄弱部位的共48根环向构件和2根斜向构件进行了置换。置换过程中,置换构件、临时支撑以及相邻两跨的结构应力变化均保持较低水平,仅为25MPa。此后,连续3年对大连电视塔结构整体变形和构件进行了检测,没有发现不良结构整体变形和构件弯曲,进一步证明了此高耸结构的构件修复置换设计的合理性。

Structural inspection, repair and member replacement research on Dalian TV tower

Abstract:A fire was encountered in Dalian TV tower in 1997, and in the later service process, bending of parts of steel structural members was observed and there was a trend of gradual deterioration. In this case, overall deformation and member bending tests on the main steel structure of TV tower were carried out in 2010, to find that the deformation of the components was far greater than the requirement of the specification. On the basis of the test, structural replacement member with length regulation joint as well as temporary supporting members were designed, and flexural members as well as a total of 48 circular members and 2 oblique members in weak parts were replaced under the condition of structural stress monitoring measures. In the process of replacement, the structure stress changes of the replacement member, temporary supporting member and the adjacent two span structures maintained at a low level of only 25MPa. Thereafter, for three consecutive years, structure deformation and components of Dalian TV tower were detected, to find no adverse structural deformation and members flexure, which provided further evidence that the repair and replacement design of the tower structure components are reasonable.
