输电杆塔结构热浸镀铝锌硅及铝锌硅稀土镀层的防腐蚀性能研究

[摘要]通过盐雾试验和酸雨试验研究Al-Zn-Si-Re镀层(铝锌硅稀土镀层)和Al-Zn-Si镀层(铝锌硅镀层)的腐蚀防护性能,并通过拉伸试验研究了热浸镀铝锌硅稀土生产工艺对钢材力学性能的影响。结果表明,两种镀层用于输电杆塔结构用钢中可发挥优越的防腐蚀性能,且Al-Zn-Si-Re镀层的防腐蚀性能更优越,热浸镀工艺对钢材的力学性能无不利影响,可在输电杆塔领域推广使用热浸镀铝锌硅稀土防腐技术。

Corrosion resistant performance study of transmission tower structure  with hot-dip Al-Zn-Si alloy coating and hot-dip Al-Zn-Si-Re alloy coating

Abstract:Both salt spray tests and acid rain tests were employed to investigate the corrosion resistance performance of the hot-dip coatings of Al-Zn-Si-Re and Al-Zn-Si. And the effects of the Al-Zn-Si-Re hot-dip coating production process on the mechanical properties of steel were studied by tensile tests. The results show that two kinds of coatings used in steel of transmission tower structure have superior corrosion resistance performances and that the performance of Al-Zn-Si-Re coating is better. The hot dipping process technique has no negative impact on the mechanical behaviors of the steel and Al-Zn-Si-Re hot-dip coating corrosion resistance technique can be widely used in the transmission tower structures.
