风电塔架混凝土新型模板的研究分析*

[摘要]塔架基础是风力发电机组的主要支撑装置,确保其安全可靠尤为重要。依托江苏国信风电场项目2-0MW混合塔架15m抬高基础,开发一套适用于风力发电新型基础的专用模板。塔架底部为现浇混凝土结构,基础达到吊装强度后安装上部钢塔架段。模板采用组合钢模分块拼接,混凝土结构部分采用逐层现浇的方法,实现混凝土工程和模具工程的相互转换,可以快速完成混凝土部分的施工。项目利用有限元分析软件MIDAS,ANSYS对模具的整体以及局部构造进行受力分析,研究模板在使用中的力学性能,结果可以为混凝土塔架模具设计提供参考。

Research analysis of new type concrete model template for wind turbine tower

Abstract:Tower foundation is the main supporting device of wind turbines, so it′s important to ensure its safety and reliability. Based on 15m elevation foundation of 2-0MW mixed tower in Jiangsu Guoxin wind farm project, a set of special template for the new type wind power generation foundation was developed and applied. There is cast-in-situ concrete structure at the bottom of the tower. The upper steel tower section was installed after the foundation achieved hoisting strength. The template was connected by composite steel molds in sections. The concrete structure part was formed by the layer-by-layer casting method to realize the conversion between the concrete project and the mold engineering, and it can quickly complete the construction of the concrete part. Finite element analysis software  MIDAS and ANSYS were used to conduct stress analysis on overall mold and local structures to research mechanical properties of the template in application, and the results can provide a reference for concrete tower mold design.
