风力发电塔基础环基础超声波法质量检测

[摘要]近年来风力发电塔基础环基础安全事故频发,基础环与基础混凝土之间的结合面在疲劳荷载作用下容易脱开,基础环下法兰顶面混凝土容易产生疲劳损伤,导致风机结构失效,因此有必要对基础环结合面进行质量检测。结合工程实践,对风力发电塔基础环基础的基础环结合面进行无损检测,基于对测法提出了一种改进的超声波检测法,改进了测点的布置方式,使测线与结合面相切而不是穿越结合面。检测结果表明,基础环和混凝土结合部表面有轻微脱开和破损现象,混凝土内部没有明显的质量缺陷或损伤。该方法解决了超声法在风机基础质量检测中运用的问题,并通过实践证明这种方法的可行性,具有推广价值。

Quality detection for embedded-ring foundation of wind turbine tower using ultrasonic method

Abstract:Safety accidents caused by failure of wind turbine embedded-ring foundations occur frequently in recent years. Under fatigue load, the interface between embedded-ring and foundation concrete often de-bonds and the concrete above the flange under the embedded-ring is prone to fatigue damage to lead to failure of turbines. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct the quality detection of the interface between concrete and embedded-ring. Combined with engineering practice, nondestructive testing was carried out on the interface between concrete and embedded-ring of embedded-ring foundation for wind turbine tower. An improved ultrasonic detection method was put forward on the measurement method based on the ultrasonic opposite testing method to improve measuring point arrangement to make the measuring line and interface tangent rather than passed through. Detection results show that there is slightly torn off and damage phenomenon on the surface of the interface between concrete and embedded-ring, and there is no obvious quality defects or damage inside the concrete. The method solves the problem of the application of ultrasonic method in the quality detection of turbine foundation, and  the feasibility of the method is proved through practice. The method has certain promotional value.
