[摘要]提出了一种新型预应力自锁头锚杆,靠自锁头和岩石间压紧摩擦锚固,并施加预应力减小锚杆的疲劳应力幅,自锁头锚杆可代替传统岩石锚杆用作基础和岩石间的锚固。分别进行了传统锚杆的疲劳试验和静力试验与自锁头锚杆的疲劳试验和静力试验,共4组试验。通过对试验结果的整理和分析发现,岩石自锁头锚杆的抗疲劳性能是传统锚杆的45倍,并比传统锚杆的极限抗拔承载力高。自锁头锚杆可以安全可靠地运用在岩石地基上的风力发电塔基础或类似的岩石地基抗疲劳领域。

Anti-fatigue experimental research on pre-stressed self-locking anchor bolt in rock foundation of wind power generation tower

Abstract:A new pre-stressed self-locking anchor bolt was presented. It depends on the compacted friction between self-locking foot and rock to anchor and pre-stress was exerted to reduce fatigue stress amplitude of anchor bolt. Self-locking anchor bolt can replace traditional rock anchor bolt to apply to anchorage between foundation and rock. Totally four sets of experiments were done, including fatigue experiments and static experiments on traditional anchor bolt as well as self-locking anchor bolt. Through the collation and analysis of test results, it reveals that anti-fatigue performance of rock self-locking anchor bolt is 45 times as strong as that of traditional anchor bolt, and has stronger ultimate uplift bearing capacity. Self-locking anchor bolt can be safely and reliably used in the wind power base on rock foundation or similar anti-fatigue fields of rock foundation.
