补偿收缩纤维混凝土抗裂性及耐久性试验研究*

[摘要]在优化补偿收缩混凝土配合比试验的基础上,通过限制膨胀率验证试验和对比试验,验证了限制膨胀率试验结果的真实性和可靠性,同时基于优化的混凝土配合比,开展了补偿收缩混凝土抗水渗透试验、抗氯离子渗透试验以及纤维品种和掺量对补偿收缩混凝土早期抗裂性能影响的试验研究,根据试验结果确定了本工程应用的纤维品种和掺量。

Experimental study on anti-cracking performance and durability of shrinkage compensating fiber reinforced concrete

Abstract:Based on the test to optimize shrinkage compensating mix proportion, limited expansion ratio verifying test and contrast test were carried out to verify the authenticity and reliability of results about the limited expansion ratio test. At the same time, based on optimal concrete mix proportion, tests were carried out including the permeability test, the chloride ion penetration resistance test and the test to study the influence of fiber varieties and dosages on early crack resistance of shrinkage compensating concrete. Based on the test results, the fiber varieties and dosages of the application in this project were determined.
