补偿收缩混凝土配合比设计与试验研究*

[摘要]通过采用补偿收缩混凝土无缝设计和施工新方法,可以实现超长混凝土结构取消后浇带或不设缝的目的,不但可有效缩短工期,且防水性能好,是解决超长混凝土结构裂渗问题的有效技术途径。通过混凝土坍落度试验、限制膨胀率试验以及抗压强度试验,研究了膨胀剂掺量对三种强度等级补偿收缩混凝土的坍落度以及各龄期限制膨胀率和抗压强度的影响。根据试验结果,得出各强度等级补偿收缩混凝土膨胀剂的最优掺量,优化了混凝土配合比以实现实际超长混凝土结构工程对补偿收缩混凝土各方面性能的要求。

Mix proportion design and experimental study on shrinkage compensating concrete

Abstract:By using shrinkage compensating concrete in seamless design and new construction method, the post casting belts or joints can be cancelled in super-long concrete structures. This method can not only effectively shorten construction period but also obtain good effects on waterproof property. Therefore, shrinkage compensating concrete is an effective technical way to solve the problem of cracks and infiltration in super-long concrete structures. The influences of amount of expansive agent on slump, limited expansion ratio and compressive strength of shrinkage compensating concrete with three strength grades and different ages were studied through slump test, limited expansion ratio test and compressive strength test. Based on the test results, the optimal amount of expansive agent in shrinkage compensating concrete was determined for each strength grade for concrete and the mix proportion of concrete was optimized, so that the performance requirements on shrinkage compensating concrete in practical super-long concrete structures could be met.
