双层轮辐式空间张弦钢屋架预应力施加仿真分析与监测

(1 北京市建筑工程研究院,北京 100039; 2 华南理工大学建筑设计研究院,广州 510641)[摘要]广州南沙体育馆屋盖采用了新型的双层轮辐式空间张弦预应力钢屋架。介绍了其屋盖结构体系的布置特点,对预应力施加方法的确定、预应力施加过程中结构的变形、重要构件的内力进行了分析,并对预应力施加过程的监测数据进行了分析。分析表明,在张拉过程初期,结构应力发生较大的重分布,因此每级张拉应间隔一定时间,并且环境温度对双层轮辐式空间张弦结构的影响较大。[关键词]双层轮辐式;空间张弦结构;仿真分析;监测Simulation analysis and monitoring of pre-stressing process for double layers wheel shape beam stringsSi Bo1,Gao Jindong1,Wang Zeqiang1,Qian Yingxin1,Sun Wenbo2(1 Beijing Building Construction Research Institute, Beijing 100039, China;2 Architectural Design Research Institute of SCUT, Guangzhou 510641, China)Abstract:The new-type double layers wheel shape beam strings prestressed steel roof truss was used in Guangzhou Nansha Gymnasium. The structure layout was introduced. Analysis was carried out on the key issues, such as cable prestress value, force and deformation calculation and construction process of monitoring data.
