弦支钢-混凝土组合梁在大跨楼盖结构中的设计和应用

[摘要]对河北师范大学新建体育楼项目的结构设计进行了整体介绍,并对位于该建筑2层的40m大跨度楼盖结构设计的全过程进行了详细介绍。工程中首次将弦支钢-混凝土组合梁应用于大跨度楼盖结构中,通过计算机仿真模拟分析,以及对该结构不同施工阶段时主要受力构件的内力和竖向变形值的实时监测,对该结构形式实际工程应用中的效果进行了检验,验证了设计方法的合理性和工程应用的可靠性。此外,还对弦支钢-混凝土组合梁应用于大跨度楼盖结构中的舒适度问题展开了深入研究,通过进行多种人致振动工况的有限元模拟分析,研究结构在各种激振工况下的舒适度反应,并采用调谐质量阻尼器系统(TMD)达到减振的目的。同时通过对设置减振系统前后相同激振工况下舒适度问题的对比模拟分析及现场测试,进一步验证该方法的有效性。

Design and application of cable supported steel-concrete composite beam in large-span floor structures

Abstract:The structural design of Hebei Normal University Gymnasium Project was introduced in entirety, and the whole process of structural design of the 40 meters large-span floor which  located in the second floor of the building was introduced in details. Cable supported steel-concrete beam was applied in large-span floor structure for the first time in engineering. The performance of the structural form in actual application was examined through computer analogue simulation analysis and the real-time monitoring of internal force values and vertical deformation values of main components at different construction stages, which verified the rationality of the design method and the reliability of the engineering application. In addition, the comfort degree problem brought by cable supported steel-concrete beam structure applied in large-span floor structure was studied deeply. The comfort degree reactions of the structure under different vibration working conditions were studied through finite element simulation analysis of varieties of human-induced vibration working conditions. And the tuned mass damper (TMD) system was used to reduce vibration. Through comparing simulation analysis and field measurement of the comfort degree problem before and after installing vibration reduction system under the same vibration working condition, the effectiveness of the proposed method was further verified.
