[摘要]目前,非超限结构按规范规定的“二阶段”设计方法设计可以达到“小震不坏”的设防目标,但不能在量化计算上达到“中震可修、大震不倒”的设防目标。通过对非超限结构提高抗震设计标准后安全性和经济性的分析,建议规范对非超限结构抗震设计采用“C-”性能目标。

Analysis and research on safety and economy of non-out-of-code structure after improving seismic design standard

Abstract:At present, the non-out-of-code structure can achieve fortification goal of“no damage under frequent earthquake” if it is designed according to“two stage”design method as stipulated in the specifications, but it cannot achieve fortification goal of“repairable under fortification earthquake and not collapsing under rare earthquake”in the quantitative calculation. Based on analysis on safety and economy of non-out-of-code structure after improving seismic design standard, “C-” class performance goal was suggested for seismic design of non-out-of-code structure.
