不同规范中关于抗震性能设计规定的比较研究

[摘要]对中国国家和地方主要结构规范中关于抗震性能设计的内容进行了对比研究。首先对美国抗震规范中关于性能设计部分的内容进行了简要介绍,并将中国规范中相关内容与其进行了比较。其次从破坏分类和性能目标等方面对中国现行各规范的相关规定作了比较。然后对各规范中不同性能水准下的性能指标进行了对比。最后比较了不同规范中性能设计的具体数值方法。结果表明,各规范中关于性能设计的规定存在差异,设计人员在对不同地区及不同类型的工程进行抗震性能设计时应加以注意。

Comparative study of provisions for performance based seismic design in different codes

Abstract:Comparative study of provisions for performance based seismic design (PBSD) in different codes in China was carried out. Firstly, PBSD contents provided in seismic codes in the United States were described in brief and  were compared with the similar contents in codes of China. Secondly, damage types and performance objectives in Chinese codes were compared. Thirdly, performance indexes under different performance levels were carefully checked and compared for codes concerned. Lastly, concrete numerical methods for PBSD in different codes were clarified. Results of comparison show that different codes have differences in provisions of PBSD, so designers should pay attention to the PBSD for different types of projects in different areas.
