红星国际新城复杂高层结构设计

(深圳左肖思建筑师事务所有限公司, 深圳 518040)[摘要]红星国际新城由2栋塔楼及商业裙房组成,为平面不规则的多塔高位转换复杂高层建筑。结构设计时从抗震概念设计出发,采用SATWE及ETABS进行分析,包括整体弹性分析、转换层楼板应力分析、反应谱分析、弹性动力时程分析、重要构件的中震不屈服分析,并根据分析结果采取了有针对性的抗震加强措施。[关键词]高层建筑;平面不规则;多塔高位转换结构;结构设计Structural design of a tall building in Hongxing International New CityLan Heyi, Lai Haibiao(Zuo-XiaoSi Architects Engineers ShenZhen Inc., Shenzhen 518040, China)Abstract:Hongxing International New City is composed by two towers and a commercial podium, which is a multi-tower and high-transfer tall building with irregular plane. Based on structural aseismic design, analyses were carried out with SATWE and ETABS, which consisted of the whole elastic analysis, the analysis of transfer floor stress, the analysis of response spectrum, the elastic time-history dynamic analysis and the nonyielding design of important members under middle earthquake.
