600MPa钢筋混凝土梁抗弯性能试验研究*

[摘要]进行了4根配置600MPa级、1根配置400MPa级钢筋的混凝土梁在集中荷载作用下的受弯性能试验,对各试验梁的受弯承载力、破坏形态、裂缝和挠度进行了分析,并将试验值与混凝土规范公式计算值进行对比。结果表明,配置600MPa级钢筋混凝土梁的受弯破坏形态与普通钢筋混凝土梁相同,正截面受弯承载力和正常使用状态下的最大裂缝宽度仍可按混凝土规范公式进行计算,正常使用状态下的挠度实测值比按混凝土规范公式计算的值偏大,建议乘以一个扩大系数进行修正。

Experimental research on flexural performance of reinforced concrete beams with 600MPa steel bars

Abstract:A flexural performance test of four concrete beams reinforced with 600MPa steel bars and one reinforced with 400MPa steel bars under concentrated load was carried out to study the flexural bearing capacity, failure mode, crack and deflection. The test values were compared with the calculated value of the formulas in the concrete code. The results show that the failure mode of beams with 600MPa steel bars is the same as that of the common RC flexural members, and the formulas in the concrete code are shown to be suitable for calculating normal section flexural strength and maximum crack width in normal service sate. However, the measured value of deflection in normal service state is larger than the value calculated by the formulas in the concrete code. It is suggested to be multiplied by an expansion coefficient to correct the calculating results.
