[摘要]杭州市职工文化中心由维权楼、服务配套楼和文体中心三部分组成,其中文体中心建筑总高度27-6~33-1m,采用钢筋混凝土框架-剪力墙结构,具有扭转不规则、楼板不连续、刚度突变、尺寸突变等不规则等多项超限内容。采用抗震性能化设计,采用SATWE以及MIDAS Building对结构进行多遇地震弹性计算和弹性时程分析、设防烈度地震及罕遇地震下的弹塑性时程分析,并针对超限提出相应的技术措施,分析结果表明整体结构可以达到预定的性能目标。

Seismic out-of-code structural design of cultural & sports center building of Hangzhou Employee Cultural Center

Abstract:Hangzhou Employee Cultural Center is composed of the rights maintenance building, service building and cultural & sports center building, in which the height of cultural & sports center building is 27-6~33-1m. It adopts reinforced concrete frame-shear wall structure with many out-of-code contents including torsional irregularity, floor discontinuity, stiffness mutation, size mutation and so on. The method of performance-based seismic design was used to conduct the elastic calculation and elastic time-history analysis under frequent earthquake, elasto-plastic time-history analysis under fortification and rare earthquakes by SATWE and MIDAS Building. Corresponding technique measures were proposed for out-of-code conditions. Analysis results show that overall structure can reach expected performance goals.
