中航资本大厦超高层结构设计

[摘要]中航资本大厦建筑高度约220m,地上43层,是一座超高层5A甲级写字楼,为高度超限、平面及竖向不规则结构。采用钢管混凝土柱+型钢混凝土核心筒+环臂桁架+型钢楼面梁+现浇混凝土楼板结构体。首先介绍结构体系、地基基础等设计要点,重点介绍穿层柱、墙体拉应力等设计问题的解决方法。根据工程抗震超限情况提出了抗震性能化设计目标和方法。小震、中震整体计算、罕遇地震下弹塑性分析结果表明,工程的性能化设计目标合理,结构设计安全可靠。

Structural design of  super high-rise  Avic Capital Building

Abstract:Avic Capital Building with 43-story, 220m-tall, is a high-rise office building, including the characters of height exceeding limitation and plane and vertical irregular. The concrete filled steel tube column frame and steel reinforced concrete-encased core wall and belt truss and steel floor beam and cast-in-place floor slab were adopted. The structural system and foundation were introduced, and the solving methods of main problems about across the floor pillar and shear wall tensile stress action were also mainly introduced. The principles and methods of performance-based seismic design were introduced by the project on structure overlimit situation. To calculate and analyze the overall calculation results of frequent and intermediate earthquake, the static elastic-plastic ultimate seismic analysis under rare earthquake,as shown in the results, the objective of performance design is reasonable, and the structure is safe and reliable.
