[摘要]随着桥梁使用年限的增加,部分桥梁会出现结构性受力裂缝、承载力下降的现象,需要及时进行加固处理。以某先简支后连续装配式部分预应力混凝土连续箱梁桥为例,对腹板加厚体内预应力加固技术进行了分析,阐述了加固技术施工过程中的技术要点及注意事项,并对后期的加固效果进行了跟踪。结果表明:该加固技术可以有效提高桥梁承载能力和结构整体刚度,改善结构的工作状态;且同其他主动加固技术相比,具有加固后结构物外形美观、耐久性强等优点。

Example analysis and construction technical points of internal prestress reinforcement of box-shaped girder with thickening webs

Abstract:With the increasing of bridge service time, some bridges appear phenomena of structural stress cracks and decrease of bearing capacity, so it is necessary to strengthen in time. Taking a simple partially supported continuous assembled partial prestress concrete box-shaped girder bridge as an example, the prestressed reinforcement technique for widening web was analyzed, the technical points and matters needing attention in the construction process were expounded,and the reinforcement effect in the later period was tracked. The results show that the reinforcement technique can effectively improve the bearing capacity of the bridge and overall rigidity, and perfect the working state of the structure. Compared with other active reinforcement techniques, the structure has the advantages of beautiful appearance, great durability.
