高强钢绞线-聚合物砂浆加固钢筋混凝土柱抗爆性能评估*

[摘要]研究了高强钢绞线-聚合物砂浆加固钢筋混凝土柱(简称加固柱)的抗爆性能及损伤程度的评估。利用ANSYS/LS-DYNA有限元软件建立了有限元模型,在与钢筋混凝土柱现场爆炸试验结果验证基础上比较了钢筋混凝土柱及加固柱的动力响应与破坏模式。然后,依据构件损伤后的剩余承载力指标提出了加固柱的损伤评估准则,重点分析了不同参数如钢绞线直径、钢绞线横向间距、砂浆层厚度及砂浆强度等对加固柱损伤程度的影响规律。结果表明:经高强钢绞线-聚合物砂浆加固后,钢筋混凝土柱抗爆性能明显提高,损伤程度由倒塌降低为重度损伤;随着加固层厚度的增大、砂浆强度的增大、钢绞线直径的增大以及钢绞线横向间距的减小,损伤指数均减小。

Damage evaluation on blast-resistant behavior of RC columns retrofitted with high strength steel wire mesh-polymer mortar

Abstract:Blast-resistant behavior of RC columns retrofitted with high strength steel wire mesh-polymer mortar and evaluation of its damage degree were studied. Firstly, RC columns and retrofitted RC columns were established by using ANSYS/LS-DYNA  to simulate and the blast resistant behavior of RC column specimens were predicted. Numerical results well agreed with the experimental results and test observations.On the basis of verifying the results of field explosion test of reinforced concrete columns, the dynamic response and failure modes of RC columns and retrofitted RC columns were compared. According to the residual capacity of RC columns, the damage assessment criteria of retrofitted columns was proposed, and the influence of different parameters such as strand diameter, strand transverse spacing, mortar layer thickness and mortar strength on the damage degree of retrofitted columns were analyzed and summarized. The results of this study indicated that high strength steel wire mesh-polymer mortar strengthen technology is effective in enhancing the blast resistance behavior of retrofitted RC column. The damage index will be decreased with the increase of the thickness and strength of mortars layer, the increase of the diameter of steel wire and the decrease of the transverse spacing of steel wire.
