室内爆炸荷载作用下钢柱动力响应的参数分析

[摘要]采用有限元软件ANSYS/LS-DYNA研究了开洞空间内炸药爆炸冲击波传播特性和荷载的简化方法,提出了适用于室内爆炸情况下简化的荷载模型,并将该荷载模型施加于两端铰接的钢柱上,利用ABAQUS有限元软件对不同工况下钢柱的动力响应进行了参数分析。结果表明,降低轴压比和长细比可有效提高钢柱在爆炸荷载作用下的承载能力和稳定性;轴压比较小时,随着轴压比的增加,柱中最大位移有少量增幅,只有当轴压比达到一个限值才会对柱中位移产生显著影响,随着长细比的增大,该值有所降低;增加钢柱截面高度比增加截面宽度更能有效地提高柱的抗爆能力。

Parameter analysis of the dynamic responses of steel column under internal blast loading

Abstract:The research about shock wave propagation law and the simplification under an interior explosion within a room with an opening was presented based on the finite element software ANSYS/LS-DYNA. A simplified model suitable for internal explosion was proposed,which was applied to a steel column to analyse the parameter of  the dynamic responses under different conditions by using ABAQUS finite element software. The results show that smaller axial compression ratio and slenderness can effectively improve the bearing capacity and stability of the steel column subjected to the blast loading. When the axial compression ratio is relatively small, the biggest displacement  of the middle position of the column will increase slightly as the axial compression ratio increases. Only if the axial compression ratio reached a limit value, it can have a significant impact on the displacement of the middle position. As the slenderness grows, this limit value decreases. Increasing the height of cross section of the steel column can enhance the anti-blast ability more effectively than increasing the width of the cross section.
