增强门式刚架节点刚度的研究

[摘要]门式刚架作为经典受力体系,以单榀刚架受力性能的可靠性为基础,而门式刚架梁柱节点的刚性连接是组成刚架的基础,所以梁柱节点的刚度对刚架至关重要。在新规程实施以前,老规程对梁柱节点的刚度并没有明确要求,以致有些设计的节点达不到刚性节点要求。结合工程实例提出整改方法,取得了良好效果,同时对如何增强节点刚度进行分析探讨。

Research on rigidity of enhanced portal frame joint

Abstract:As a classical mechanical system, portal rigid frame is based on the reliability of force performance for single pin frame, and rigid connection of portal frame beam-column joint is the foundation of rigid frame, so the beam column joints rigidity is very important for rigid frame. Before the implementation of the new regulations, the old rules have no clear requirements on stiffness of the beam-column joints, which lead to some design of the nodes can not reach the rigid node requirements. A solution was proposed and good effect was obtained combined with the engineering example, and the analysis of how to enhance the rigidity of the joints was discussed at the same time.
