高强U形外包钢-混凝土组合连续梁极限受弯承载力试验研究

[摘要]为探究高强U形外包钢-混凝土组合连续梁的受弯性能,对4根跨度为4m的组合连续梁进行了静载试验。并对其破坏形态、荷载-挠度曲线、混凝土、钢梁及钢筋的应变等性能进行了分析。结果表明:组合连续梁在两跨跨中荷载作用下发生典型的弯曲破坏,有明显塑性破坏特征;组合连续梁中外包U形钢梁和负弯矩区钢筋能通过抗剪连接件有效协同作用,整体性能良好;将高强混凝土与高强钢板组合用于U形外包钢-混凝土组合连续梁中是可行的,两者通过栓钉连接,整体组合作用良好,具有良好的延性及较高的安全储备,适用于大跨度结构。

Experimental study on ultimate flexural capacity of high strength U-shaped steel-encased high-strength concrete composite continuous beam

Abstract:To study the ultimate flexural capacity of high strength U-shaped steel-encased high-strength concrete composite continuous beam, a static loading test was conducted on four 4m-span composite continuous beams. The failure pattern, load-deflection curve and the strain performances of concrete, steel beam and steel bar were analyzed. The test results show that there is typical flexural failure with obvious plastic failure characteristics under two mid-span loads of two spans. The U-shaped steel-encased beam and the steel bars in the negative moment region in the composite continuous beams can effectively cooperate through the shear connectors with the well overall performance. It is feasible to adopt high strength concrete and high strength steel plate for U-shaped steel-encased concrete composite continuous beams, and the two are connected by pegs. The overall combination hasa good effect, good ductility and high safety reserve, so it is suitable for large-span structures.
