高层建筑底部抗震设计中几个问题的探讨

[摘要]高层建筑底部的抗震设计至关重要,应采取有效措施,改善结构底部的抗震性能,避免在罕遇地震作用下由于结构底部的破坏而造成高层建筑的整体性倒塌。结合实际工程对高层建筑的嵌固、吊脚楼等抗震问题进行了探讨,并提出了一些实用的技术措施。

Discussion on several problems in seismic design of the bottom of high-rise buildings

Abstract:Seismic design of the bottom of high-rise buildings is very important. In order to improve seismic performance of the bottom structures and avoid the overall collapse of high-rise buildings caused by serious damage of the bottom structures under rare earthquake, effective measures should be taken. Several problems of the bottom of high-rise buildings, such as constrained part and stilted building were discussed. Some practical measures for seismic design of the bottom of high-rise buildings were provided.
