某贮煤筒仓冻融破坏安全性评估*

[摘要]某贮煤筒仓仓壁水渗漏现象严重,随冬、夏季气温变化,仓壁混凝土发生冻融破坏。通过对该筒仓进行现场查勘,将筒仓的破损程度进行整理描述,分析了结构破坏的原因。通过检测试验得到了筒仓结构混凝土的强度和碳化深度,并利用红外成像仪对筒仓冻融破坏区的范围进行检测;在此基础上采用ABAQUS有限元分析软件对筒仓在不同工况下的承载力进行了计算分析,得到了可靠的安全性评价结果。利用多种手段进行现场检测并结合结构计算分析,可较为准确地得到结构的鉴定结论,取得了良好的效果,可供类似工程参考。

Safety assessment on freeze-thaw damage of a coal silo

Abstract:Due to the serious water leakage of coal silo wall, freeze-thaw damage occurs in wall concrete of a coal silo along with temperature changes in winter and summer. The study described the extent of damage of coal silo and analyzed the reasons for damage of the structure through the study of the field survey of the silo. Through the detection test, the strength and carbonation depth of the concrete in the silo structure were obtained, and the range of the freezing and thawing damage in the silo was detected by the infrared imager. Based on this, the ABAQUS finite element analysis software was used to calculate and analyze the carrying capacity of silo structure under different working conditions to obtain reliable safety evaluation results. The results of field detection test and structural analysis can be used to obtain the structural identification conclusion, and good results can be obtained to provide refer for similar projects.
