某煤矿钢筋混凝土煤仓可靠性鉴定及加固设计*

摘 要

[摘要]钢筋混凝土煤仓处于特殊的自然与力学环境中,导致煤仓材料、构件及结构损伤劣化严重。依据国家现行规范对某煤仓进行了现场检测与设计复核验算,并结合两者的结果对煤仓进行了可靠性鉴定,同时对该煤仓进行了加固设计。对于不满足后续使用年限的构件,先进行修复,然后分别选用粘贴碳纤维布(CFRP)加固法及增大截面加固法进行加固补强,最后对各部分进行面层维护,此外还对施工注意事项进行探讨。

Reliability evaluation and reinforced design of reinforced concrete coal bunker in a coal mine

Abstract:The reinforced concrete coal bunker is in special natural and  mechanical  environment, which cause materials, members and structures of  coal bunker in coal mine greatly degraded and deteriorated. On-site inspection and checking calculation on the design were conducted on a coal bunker according to the current national standards, and reliability evaluation was conducted on the coal bunker combined with the above results. Reinforced design was conducted on the coal bunker at the same time. The components that did not meet the requirement of subsequent service life were repaired first, and then methods of the CFRP reinforcement method and section-increase reinforcement method were chosen for reinforcement. At last, pavement maintenance was conducted on each part of the components. In addition, attentions of construction were discussed.
