[摘要]结合某超限高层框架-核心筒结构,对结构抗震性能化设计的基本方法进行了探讨。根据现行规范、设防类别、场地条件、结构类型和结构不规则性等因素,确定了结构的抗震性能目标及设计指标,并运用数值模拟进行了弹性反应谱分析,中震、大震下的静力弹塑性分析以及楼板应力分析。结果表明:结构的各项指标均能满足预设的结构抗震性能设计指标,工程结构布置合理,抗震措施恰当。

Research on performance-based seismic design of a super high-rise frame-core wall structure

Abstract:The basic approach of performance-based seismic design was studied combined with an out-of-code high-rise frame-core wall structure. According to the current specifications, fortification categories, site conditions, structure types and structural irregularities and other factors, the seismic performance objectives and design indices were determined. The elastic response spectrum analysis was conducted by using numerical analysis method, and static elastic-plastic analysis was conducted under fortification and rare earthquakes. Floor stress analysis was conducted. The results show that all the indicators of the structure can meet the preset structural seismic performance design indices, and the engineering structure is reasonable, and the seismic measures are appropriate.
