超限高层抗震性能目标的确定实例

[摘要]我国规范采用三水准设防、两阶段设计的方法进行抗震设计。基于性能的抗震设计理论提出了多水准、多目标设防的概念,是当前国际抗震设计发展的方向。实现性能设计,首先要提出切实可行的抗震性能目标。首先列举了国外规范及我国规程提出的结构抗震性能要求,继而归纳总结了国内学者针对超限高层提出的性能目标。在此基础上,给出了4栋典型超高层设计过程中采用的抗震性能目标。在进行超限高层结构设计时,除确定结构整体的性能目标外,应针对结构的薄弱部位制定相应的性能目标并采取相应措施,以保证结构设计的安全合理。

Determination and examples of the performance objectives to super high-rise buildings

Abstract:In Code for seismic design of buildings of China, three seismic fortification levels and two-stage design methods are applied. Performance-based seismic design (PBSD) is the development trend of seismic design in the world, which puts forward to multi-target and multi-level fortification. To manage PBSD, we should establish realistic performance objectives. The performance objectives described in American codes and Chinese codes were introduced, then the research achievements of Chinese scholars were summarized. After that, four examples were given to illustrate the determination of performance objectives in super high-rise buildings. The main principle should be that, not only the integrative objectives, but also the weakness of the structure which engineers should pay adequate attention to and take effective measures to assure the safety of the structure design.
