[摘要]某门形建筑的连接体高达14层(包含屋面),转换桁架跨度为50-4m。结合概念设计和计算分析,对该大跨高位转换桁架形式进行多方案比选,确定了在7~9层和13~15层设置完整跨层钢骨混凝土转换桁架、在9~13层设置部分斜腹杆的转换结构方案。针对选定的转换结构方案,采用施工全过程模拟分析,比较了不同施工方案对应的转换结构内力大小。结果表明,转换桁架的钢骨在地面焊接成钢骨桁架后再整体提升的施工方案更合理。根据施工模拟分析结果优化了结构布置,设计出了简单可靠的节点构造。并介绍了按实际施工步骤实现施工模拟分析的计算方法以及转换桁架的施工要点。

Design and construction of a 50-4m-span transfer truss of portal shaped high-rise building

Abstract:The connecting body of a portal shaped building is up to 14 layers (including the roof), and the span of the transfer truss is 50-4m. Combined with the conceptual design and calculation analysis, several structural systems of large-span high-position transfer truss were compared and selected. It is determined that the complete steel reinforced concrete transfer truss is set up in the 7th~9th layer and the 13th~15th layer crossing the stories, and the transfer structure scheme of setting part oblique web members in the 9th~13th layer. According to the selected transfer structure scheme, the whole process of construction simulation analysis was used to compare the internal forces of the transfer structure corresponding to different construction plans. The results show that the construction scheme is more reasonable to weld the transfer truss's steel section into steel truss on the ground before integral lifting. The structural layout was optimized according to the results of the construction simulation analysis, and a simple and reliable joint structure was designed. The calculation method of the construction simulation analysis according to the actual construction steps was also introduced and the key points of the construction of the transfer truss were introduced.
