酸雨环境下方钢管再生混凝土纯弯力学性能试验研究*

[摘要]以混凝土骨料类型和腐蚀程度为主要变化参数,设计了6个方钢管混凝土试件,先将其置于酸雨腐蚀溶液中对其进行通电加速腐蚀,再对其纯弯力学性能进行分析。试验结果表明:腐蚀前期,实测的腐蚀厚度略低于理论的腐蚀厚度,后期则较为接近;方钢管再生混凝土试件与方钢管普通混凝土试件有着类似的破坏形态,钢管再生混凝土的极限承载力比钢管普通混凝土略低;随着腐蚀程度的加深,试件的弹性阶段刚度、承载力及后期延性下降,且目标腐蚀度为20%的试件比目标腐蚀度为10%的试件极限承载力下降幅度更大。通过有限元软件ABAQUS计算方钢管再生混凝土构件的纯弯力学性能,并对其弯矩-挠度关系曲线进行分析。计算结果表明:有限元模拟的试件在线弹性阶段的刚度比试验中略大,但所得到的各个试件的极限承载力和试验结果比较接近,且有限元计算模型的破坏模态与试验中试件的破坏形态吻合得也较好,折减钢管壁厚的方法可以有效模拟酸雨腐蚀对钢管普通(或再生)混凝土纯弯试件承载力的影响。

Experimental study on pure bending mechanical behavior of recycled concrete-filled square steel tube under acid rain

Abstract:Totally 6 concrete-filled square steel tube with different types of concrete aggregates and corrosion degrees were designed and put into the acid rain corrosion solution to undergo accelerated electric corrosion, and then the pure bending performance was analyzed. The experimental results show that in the initial stage of corrosion, the corrosion thickness measured is slightly lower than the theoretical thickness of corrosion, and they are close in the latter stage; recycled concrete-filled square steel tubular components have similar damage form as ordinary concrete-filled square steel tubular components, and the ultimate bearing capacity of the former is slightly lower than that of latter component. With the deepening of the degree of corrosion, the stiffness and bearing capacity in elastic stage and ductility of the late stage decline, and the ultimate bearing capacity of specimens with 20% corrosion degree decreases much more than that of specimens with 10% corrosion degree. The pure bending mechanical properties of recycled concrete-filled square steel tube were calculated by finite element software ABAQUS, and the curve of the moment-deflection relationship was analyzed. The calculation results show that the stiffness of specimens simulated by finite element in linear elastic stage is slightly larger than that in experiment, but the ultimate bearing capacity results are close. The failure form of the finite element calculation model meets with the failure form of experimental specimens. The method of reducing the wall thickness of steel tube can effectively simulate the influence of acid rain on the bearing capacity of ordinary or recycled concrete pure bending specimens.
