[摘要]采用灌浆传感器和超声层析成像(简称超声CT)两种技术对装配式混凝土结构钢筋连接套筒灌浆饱满度检测进行了试验研究。考虑接缝坐浆和整体灌浆两种施工方案,共设计了3组试验构件。其中接缝坐浆考虑套筒完全灌满、套筒部分漏浆及套筒全部漏浆三种工况,接缝整体灌浆考虑完全灌满、部分漏浆及补充灌浆三种工况。分别采用灌浆传感器、超声CT对3组试验构件不同灌浆工况下钢筋连接套筒的灌浆饱满度进行了检测。通过对比灌浆前后的测试结果,得出传感器反馈的振动信号幅值变化情况能够真实反映试验构件套筒的灌浆饱满程度;超声CT仅对于远离测试面套筒的灌浆饱满度检测效果明显,而对于靠近测试面的套筒,其灌浆前后对比效果并不显著。

Experimental study on grouting fullness detection test of sleeves of prefabricated concrete structures

Abstract:Experiments on grouting tests of rebar connecting sleeves for prefabricated concrete structures were carried out by grouting sensors and ultrasonic tomography (ultrasonic CT) technologies. Three testing models were designed considering two different construction schemes of bed-mortar joint grouting and global grouting. Bed-mortar joint grouting included three working conditions of full grouted sleeve, partial leakage of sleeve and total leakage of sleeve respectively. Global grouting included three working conditions of full-grouted, partial leakage and supplementary grouting. Detection tests of rebar connecting sleeves for three models under the above different grouting conditions were operated by means of grouting sensors and ultrasonic CT. By comparing the testing results before and after grouting, it was concluded that the variation of vibration amplitude of grouting sensors could exactly reflect the grouting degree of the sleeves embedded in the models. Furthermore, ultrasonic CT could merely detect the grouting degree of the sleeves away from the testing surface, nevertheless, for the sleeves close to the testing surface, the detection effect of ultrasonic CT is not ideal.
