[摘要]装配整体式剪力墙结构通过标准化设计、工厂化生产、装配化施工,达到高效建造和节能环保的目的,建筑工业化是建筑业转型升级的必然发展方向。以长沙某装配式剪力墙住宅26#楼为例,详细分析筏板基础与独立基础、预应力叠合楼板与普通叠合楼板的技术特点和经济性指标,对比分析不同预制率下含钢量、混凝土用量及成本状况,对推广装配整体式剪力墙结构体系具有一定的意义。

Technical and economic analysis of an assembled monolithic shear wall residence

Abstract:Assembled monolithic shear wall structure use standardized design, factory production and assembly construction to achieve the purposes of high efficiency, energy conservation and environmental protection, construction industrialization is the inevitable development direction of construction industry transformation. An assembled shear wall residence in Changsha was taken as an example, a detailed analysis was conducted on technical characteristics and economic indices of the plate foundation and independent foundation, prestressed composite slab and ordinary composite slab, and the comparative analysis was conducted on steel contents, concrete contents and cost conditions under different assembled rates, which has certain significance for the promotion of assembly monolithic shear wall structural system.
