宁波市某海岛建筑群混凝土结构耐久性现状及提升方法*

[摘要]海岛钢筋混凝土建筑处于典型海洋腐蚀环境中,混凝土结构耐久性问题非常突出。对宁波市某海岛建筑群进行了混凝土耐久性现场检测,并对关键构件进行了破坏性试验,研究和评估了该海岛建筑的服役性能。结果表明,既有海岛混凝土结构存在严重的氯离子浓度超阈值、钢筋锈蚀、构件延性降低等现象;通过对比新旧结构设计规范,从材料层面和构件层面分析了既有海岛建筑存在的问题。最后,采用双向电渗技术对海岛建筑进行了混凝土耐久性提升。

Situation and improving method of concrete structure durability for an island building group in Ningbo

Abstract:The island reinforced concrete building is located at typical marine corrosion environment, concrete structure durability is very prominent. The concrete durability spot inspection to island construction group in Ningbo and the key component of the destructive test were carried out, the service performance of the island building was studied and evaluated. The results show that the existing island concrete structure had the phenomenon of serious chloride ion concentration, steel bar corrosion, component ductility reduction and so on. Through contrasting the new and old structural design specifications, existing problems of island building from the material level and the component level were analyzed. Finally, the method of bi-directional electro-migration rehabilitation(BIEM) to improve the durability of island building concrete was proposed.
