基于新标准的轻钢结构可靠度研究

(1 上海应用技术学院土木建筑与安全工程学院,上海 200235;2 东北农业大学水利与建筑学院,哈尔滨 150030)[摘要]通过总结获得了基于新标准的钢材材性统计参数和轻钢构件几何特征的统计参数;收集了轻钢构件在各种受力状态下的试验数据,并对这些数据进行了单因素方差分析,将各种复杂的情况归类成几种简单的情况,从而统计到构件抗力计算模式不定性参数和构件抗力不定性统计参数。根据轻钢构件抗力统计参数和新规范规定的材料分项系数及我国上世纪80年代的荷载统计参数,对几类典型的轻钢构件考虑不同受力状态、不同活荷载类别和不同荷载比等因素进行了可靠度分析,并对各种情况的可靠度水平进行了对比分析,最后对各类构件的可靠性及荷载规范GB50009—2001对构件可靠度水平的影响从多方面进行了分析探讨,得到了可供结构工程师参考的结论。[关键词]轻钢构件;可靠度;统计;抗力;荷载Reliability study based on new codes of lightweight steel structureLiu Hongliang1, Gao Jie1, Shao Xinyan2(1 School of Construction and Safety Engineering, Shanghai Institute of Technology, Shanghai 200235, China; \=2 College of Water Conservancy and Building Engineering, Northeast Agricultural University, Harbin 150030, China)Abstract:Through summing-up, statistical parameters of steel material property based on new codes and statistical parameters of geometry property of lightweight steel members are obtained. Testing datum of lightweight steel members in different state of force is roundly collected. To incorporate small samples belong to disperse collectivity into larger samples, single-factor variance analysis are finished. Then indeterminate statistical parameters of all sorts of computation modes and resistance statistical parameters of lightweight members are obtained. According to statistical parameters of lightweight steel members and material coefficient by new code and China load statistical parameters in the eighties of the 20th century, reliability analysis of several kinds of typical lightweight steel members are done considering different bearing states, different live-load types and different live-load ratio, etc. and contrast analysis are performed on reliability level of above situations.
