600MPa钢筋粘结锚固性能试验研究*

摘 要

[摘要]通过对63个棱柱体试件进行拉拔试验,对600MPa钢筋的粘结锚固性能进行了研究。结果表明,600MPa钢筋极限粘结强度随混凝土抗拉强度的提高而增大;在小于混凝土临界保护层厚度范围内,相对保护层厚度越大,极限粘结强度越大;锚固长度越大,极限粘结强度越小;箍筋的配置提高了极限粘结强度,改善了试件性能。最后,提出600MPa钢筋的极限粘结强度计算公式,经计算得出600MPa钢筋的基本锚固长度仍可按《混凝土结构设计规范》(GB 50010—2010)计算。

Experimental research on bond-anchorage property of 600MPa steel bars

Abstract:In order to discuss the bond-anchorage property of 600MPa steel bars, a pull-out experiment of 63 specimens were carried out. The research shows that ultimate bonding strength of 600MPa steel bars increases with the increase of tensile strength of concrete. In the range less than that the critical protective layer thickness of concrete, ultimate bond strength increases if the relative thickness of the protective layer is larger. Ultimate bond strength becomes smaller if anchorage length increases. The stirrup configuration improves the ultimate bond strength and  the performance of the specimen. Finally, the calculation formula of ultimate bond strength of 600MPa steel bars was put forward. The calculation results show that the basic anchorage length of 600MPa steel bars can still be calculated according to the Code for design of concrete structures (GB 50010—2010).
