基于性能的天津中信城市广场7号楼超限高层结构抗震分析*

[摘要]采用基于性能的抗震分析方法对天津中信城市广场7号楼超限高层结构在罕遇地震作用下的非线性响应进行时程分析。采用PERFORM-3D软件建立计算模型,以弯曲塑性铰、剪切塑性铰与弹性梁单元构成的复合组件模拟连梁;以纤维墙单元、钢杆单元与剪切材料构成的复合组件模拟剪力墙;以线性梁单元模拟楼面梁。根据FEMA356与ASCE41-06规定的性能指标体系对天津中信城市广场7号楼超限高层结构在罕遇地震作用下的受力性能进行评价,计算结果表明,结构的层间位移角满足规范关于弹塑性层间位移角限值的规定,结构连梁、剪力墙满足预先设定的抗震性能目标。

Performance-based seismic analysis on the out-of-code high\|rise structure of No.7 Building of CITIC City Plaza in Tianjin

Abstract:Time-history analysis on nonlinear response of  the out-of-code high-rise structure of No. 7 Building of CITIC City Plaza in Tianjin under rare earthquake was conducted according to the performance-based seismic analysis method. PERFORM-3D software was used to establish calculation model using the compound component consisted of moment plastic hinge, shear plastic hinge and elastic beam section to simulate the coupling beam, using the compound component consisted of fiber wall element, steel bar and shear material to simulate the shear wall, and using the linear beam element to simulate the floor beam. Mechanical performances of the out-of-code high-rise structure of No. 7 Building of CITIC City Plaza in Tianjin under rare earthquake  were analyzed according to performance index system based on FEMA356 and ASCE41-06 criterions. Numerical calculation results indicate that the story drifts are in accordance with the regulation of the design code. Seismic performances of the structural coupling beams and shear walls conform to the pre-set seismic performance targets.
