[摘要]洛阳正大广场超高层住宅建筑结构高度为146-4m,采用钢筋混凝土剪力墙结构体系,以天然地基为持力层。综合考虑结构体系特点、超限程度及分析结果,设定结构整体的抗震性能目标为C级,进行了小震、中震、大震作用下的计算分析及舒适度分析,分析结果表明结构体系合理,采用针对性的加强措施,使结构整体能满足设计所设定的抗震设防目标。

Structural design of a super high-rise residential building of Charoen Pokphand Plaza in Luoyang

Abstract:Charoen Pokphand Plaza in Luoyang is a super high-rise reinforced concrete shear-wall structure with the structure height of 146-4m. The natural bearing layer is adopted. According to the structural system features, out-of-code conditions and analysis results, the seismic performance objective of the whole structure was set as C-grade. The corresponding structural analysis and calculation were carried out under different levels of earthquakes. In addition, the comfort analysis was conducted. The results show that the structural system is reasonable. The performance-based seismic design objective can be achieved with the corresponding seismic strengthening measures.
