[摘要]贵阳未来方舟项目D1地块塔楼为大底盘多塔结构,塔楼在31~34层处有12-6m高的连接体结构,属于连体-多塔结构。根据平面分布特点,塔楼与连接体之间设置8个橡胶支座实现柔性连接。介绍了橡胶支座选型、连接体及楼盖的设计、支撑连接体的悬挑梁设计,并复核大震下橡胶支座变形能力。进一步研究表明,含与不含连接体塔楼抗震性能几乎相同。此外,进行了多塔与单塔的结构抗震性能比较,并考察了不同地震输入角对结构抗震性能的影响,结果表明,本工程的结构设计可直接基于不含连接体的整体模型(模型中将连接体简化为重力荷载),并以施加多个水平附加角来模拟不同地震输入角的影响。

Design of multi-tower super high-rise structure with flexible connection structure

Abstract:The structure of the proposed building in D1 Plot of Ark for Future Project in Guiyang is multi-tower with large chassis and a 12-6m connecting structure from 31st to 34th floor, which helongs to a multi-tower connecting structure. According to the planar distribution characteristics, eight rubber bearings were designed to be set between the tower and the connection to achieve a flexible connection. Firstly, the selection of rubber bearings, the design of connection and floor and the design of cantilevered beam which supports the connection were introduced. And then, the deformation ability of rubber bearings under rare earthquake was reviewed. Further studies show that the seismic performances of tower models with or without connecting structure are almost the same. In addition, structural seismic performances of the single tower and multi-tower were compared and the influences of different earthquake input angles on structural design were investigated. The results show that the structural design of the project can be directly applied based on the whole model without connection structure which is simplified as weight in the model. Also, a plurality of additional horizontal angles exerted to simulate the influence of different earthquake input angles.
