超高层建筑砂土、碎石土地基承载力试验研究
摘 要

[摘要]超高层建筑对地基承载力的要求较一般高层建筑明显高出很多,目前,勘察报告提供的深层砂土、碎石土地基承载力偏低,无法满足超高层建筑对地基承载力和变形的要求,因此对深层地基承载力的试验研究越发重要。通过现场静载试验及重型动力触探试验对深层地基土承载力的确定方法进行研究,结合现场试验结果和已有超高层建筑选用天然地基得到的沉降资料,得出砂土、碎石土地基承载特性和地基承载力特征值。研究结果可供深层砂土、碎石土地基上的超高层建筑地基基础设计参考。

Experimental study on bearing capacity of sand and gravel foundation of super high-rise buildings

Abstract:The requirements of the foundation bearing capacity for super high-rise buildings are obviously higher than that of ordinary high-rise buildings. At present, the bearing capacity of deep sand and gravel foundation offered by geotechnical investigation report is usually lower than its actual condition, and it can not satisfy the requirement of bearing capacity and deformation for super high-rise building. Therefore, it′s important to study the foundation bearing capacity of deep layer. The method to determine the bearing capacity of foundation soil in deep layer was studied through the field static load test and heavy dynamic penetration test, and the foundation bearing capacity and the bearing capacity characteristic value of the sand and gravel foundation were obtained based on the field test results and the settlement data of the existing super high-rise building adopting natural foundation. The study results can provide  references to the foundation design of super high-rise building on deep layer sand and gravel base.
