[摘要]某基坑平面尺寸为145m×115m,开挖深度约为7-0m,西侧距毗邻建筑物仅3m。基坑工程西侧局部采用扶壁式排桩支护结构,但由于目前关于扶壁式排桩的设计尚无规范可依,并且缺乏工程实践经验,故实例借鉴双排桩的研究成果以及现行基坑支护技术标准,利用等代刚度的理念对扶壁式排桩支护结构进行计算、设计,并对关键施工工序进行控制。变形监测结果表明,该扶壁式排桩支护结构稳定,能有效控制基坑变形,经济、社会效益俱佳,可供类似工程借鉴。

Application of soldier piles with counterfort structure in pit supporting

Abstract:An excavation pit with the size 145m×115m in plane and depth about 7.0m are presented. A part of the west side of the pit was only 3 meters away from the adjacent construction. Soldier piles with counterfort structure were adopted as the supporting structure for the west side of pit construction. However, there is no design specification and engineering experience for this supporting structure design to follow currently, thereby using the experience of double-row pile research and pit supporting design specification for references, a calculation and design method based on the equivalent rigidity concept was exploited for the soldier piles with counterfort structure, and the key construction procedure was controlled.The deformation monitoring results show that the soldier piles with counterfort structure were stable and the deformation of foundation pit was well controlled. With its good economic and social benefits, the structure could be used for reference for the similar engineering.
