双排桩支护结构在合肥天玥广场深基坑中的应用与分析

[摘要]合肥天玥广场深基坑工程支护面积大且周边环境复杂,对基坑支护选型进行了比较分析,最终在该基坑西侧采用了双排桩+中心岛(预留土坡)+竖向钢管斜支撑的支护方案。基坑开挖过程中,对支护结构位移、支撑轴力及周边建筑沉降等进行了监测。运用PLAXIS有限元程序对采用该种支护方案的基坑开挖过程进行了模拟分析。结果表明,计算值与实测值较吻合。该工程的顺利实施,证实了有限元分析方法的可靠性与基坑支护方案的合理性。

Application and analysis of double-row piles structure for deep foundation pit construction of Hefei Tianyue plaza

Abstract:Considering large supporting area and complex peripheral circumstances of the deep foundation pit of Hefei Tianyue plaza, the selection of foundation pit support was compared and analyzed. Finally, the double-row piles with central island method (reserved slope) and vertical steel tube bracing were combined to form comprehensive supporting scheme at the west side. During the excavation of the foundation pit, the displacement of the supporting structure, the supporting shaft force and the settlement of the surrounding buildings were monitored. The finite element software PLAXIS was used to simulate the excavation process of the foundation pit using this kind of supporting scheme. The results show that the calculated values are in good agreement with the measured values. The successful implementation of the project confirms the reliability of the finite element analysis method and the rationality of the supporting scheme of the foundation pit.
