深圳平安金融中心幕墙连接件焊接影响分析

[摘要]焊接残余应力对焊接构件的性能具有重要影响,直接关系到工程质量的好坏、结构的安全。对已受荷载作用的结构一般须避免再行焊接,若不得已需对受荷结构施焊,则须了解焊接过程中温度场的变化和应力场的变化。基于热弹塑性理论,利用MSC.MARC软件中的热-结构耦合功能,对深圳平安金融中心幕墙连接件与受力状态下主体钢结构焊接过程进行数值模拟,分析焊接过程中温度场的变化和应力场的变化,得到最终残余应力的分布规律,给出了主体钢结构受残余应力影响范围。

Analysis of welding effect of curtain wall connectors in Ping An Financial Center in Shenzhen

Abstract:The welding residual stress has an important influence on the performance of the welded components, and it′s directly related to engineering quality and the safety of the structure. Welding is generally avoided for a structure under loading. The change of temperature and stress field during welding process need be investigated when this type of welding really have to be chose. Based on thermo elasto-plastic theory, the thermal-mechanical coupling function in MSC.MARC software was used to conduct numerical simulation on the welding process of curtain wall connectors with the main steel structure of Ping An Finance Center under loading state. The change of temperature field and stress field in the process of welding were analyzed to obtain the final distribution of residual stress and provide influential area of residual stress on main steel structure.
