[摘要]针对三向斜交型异型复杂钢屋盖的结构特点,比选了传统网架和空腹网格结构两种方案,详细介绍了两种方案的优劣,提出了新型空腹齿轮型刚接节点方案并采用多种有限元软件对其进行分析。结果表明,在满足安全的前提下,选择空腹网格结构能够降低用钢量、施工方便、经济性好;利用von Mises屈服准则和双线性随动强化准则对新型空腹齿轮型刚接节点进行非线性分析,得到了节点初始刚度,结果表明,新型空腹齿轮型刚接节点刚度大,符合“强节点、弱构件”的设计要求。

Structural system selection of complex spatial grid structure and performance analysis of a new type rigid joint

Abstract:Considering structural characteristics of three-dimensional skew crossing complicated steel roof, two schemes of traditional grid structure and open-web grid structure were compared, and the advantages and disadvantages of the two schemes were introduced in detail. A new type of open-web gear-type rigid joint scheme was proposed and analyzed by using a set of finite element software. The results show that under the premise of meeting the safety, selecting open-web grid structure can reduce the amount of steel, and lead to convenient construction and good economic performance. Nonlinear analysis was conducted on the new type of open-web gear-type rigid joint using von Mises yield criterion and the bilinear kinematic hardening criterion, to obtain the initial stiffness of joint. The results show that the new type of open-web gear-type rigid joint has large stiffness, meeting the design requirements of “strong joint and weak member”.
