传统风格建筑结构关键节点设计和试验*

[摘要]传统风格建筑结构中关键节点的性能对结构性能的影响至关重要,分别进行了2组节点试验,区分考虑斗拱构件对节点性能的影响,且每组试验有2个试件,轴压比分别为0-3和0-6。试验结果表明:未考虑斗拱作用节点(ZL1系列)的破坏主要集中于上下柱交接焊缝区域,而考虑斗拱作用节点(YL1系列)的破坏主要集中于上下柱栌斗处和节点短柱区域,且栌斗部位破坏较早,变形较大;ZL1系列试件相比YL1系列试件节点承载力低,刚度与强度退化慢;在此基础上给出工程设计建议和加强构造措施。

Design and test of key joints in traditional style building

Abstract:The performance of key joints in the traditional building structure has an important influence on the performance of the whole structure. Therefore, two series of tests were conducted to discriminatively consider the influence of brackets component on performance of joint, and each series of tests have two specimens with axial compression ratio 0.3 and 0.6 respectively. The experimental results show that without considering the effect of node brackets (ZL1 series) damage mainly concentrated in cap block at the upper and lower column or short column node region, and considering the effect of node brackets (YL1 series) damage mainly concentrated in the upper and lower column and short column node region, and brackets parts damage early, deformation is large. Compared with YL1 series, the joint bearing capacity of ZL1 series is relatively lower, the brightness and strength degrade more slowly. Based on the mentioned above, some key joint strengthening methods and design recommendations  were given during a construction procedure.
