石墨和碳纤维掺量对混凝土宏观性能的影响*

[摘要]主要研究不同掺量的石墨和碳纤维对混凝土宏观性能的影响,测试了导电混凝土的28d抗压强度、电阻率和工作性。结果显示碳纤维能够提高混凝土抗压强度,但其影响十分有限。在500目石墨中增加碳纤维的掺量能明显提高混凝土的导电性;掺入5 000目石墨比掺入500目石墨更能提高混凝土的强度和导电性;加入碳纤维之后,石墨粒径的变化对混凝土的强度基本没有影响,但对混凝土导电性的影响却不可忽略;在水灰比和导电相掺量相同的条件下,掺入5 000目石墨的混凝土比掺入500目石墨的混凝土的工作性更好。

Effects of the mixing amount of graphite and carbon fiber on macro properties of concrete

Abstract:In order to study the influence of different replacement ratios of graphite and carbon fiber on macro properties of concrete. The 28 days′ compressive strength, electrical resistivity and workability were measured. The results show that carbon fiber could improve the compressive strength of concrete, but the effects are limited. Increasing the content of carbon fiber in concrete mixed with 500 mesh graphite improves conductivity of concrete significantly. The compressive strength and conductivity of concrete containing 5 000 mesh graphite are higher than those of concrete containing 500 mesh graphite. With the addition of carbon fiber, the change of particle size has little influence on the compressive strength of concrete, but the effects on the conductivity of concrete could not be neglected. The workability of concrete containing 5 000 mesh graphite is better than that of concrete containing 500 mesh graphite with the same water to cement ratio and replacement ratio.
