枣庄体育中心体育场内环索桁架单索索夹抗滑移试验研究*

[摘要]枣庄体育中心体育场屋盖结构为自平衡结构体系,内环采用索桁架体系,由上内环、下内环、飞杆和斜拉索组成,其中内环斜索为单斜式布置,可能出现较大不平衡力。因此,有必要了解索夹受力性能,确保节点乃至整体结构的安全性。在实验室条件下复现了索夹的实际结构工作状态,并进行了索夹抗滑移性能测试,试验结果表明索夹设计能够确保索夹节点结构安全。

Anti-sliding experimental study on single cable clamp of inner ring cable truss in Zaozhuang Sports Centre Stadium

Abstract:The roof structure of Zaozhuang Sports Centre Stadium is a self-balanced structural system, and the inner ring structure adopts cable truss system, which consists of upper inner ring, lower inner ring, flying rod and inclined tensile cable. The inner ring inclined cable is in monoclinic-typed layout, which may appear large unbalanced force. Therefore, it is necessary to understand the mechanical behaviour of the cable clamp to ensure the safety of the joints and even the whole structure. Under the laboratory conditions, the working state of the actual structure of the cable clamp was reproduced, and the anti-sliding performance of the cable clamp was tested. The test results show that the design of the cable clamp can ensure the safety of the cable clamp joint structure.
