徐州中央国际广场结构关键技术研究

[摘要]徐州中央国际广场由2幢260m超高层塔楼和1幢高层商业裙房组成。结合项目特点,介绍了结构设计中的关键技术,包括结构体系的选取、塔楼抗震性能目标的确定、高层商业裙房的开大洞和超长处理、大跨悬挑梁和钢连廊的舒适度设计、阳光顶8根钢管相交节点有限元分析、超长预应力锚杆和承压型囊式扩体锚杆的运用。项目设计应用了目前大型城市综合体的一些新技术,满足了建筑功能合理、结构安全舒适和施工便捷的需求。

Research on key technologies of structure of Xuzhou Central International Square

Abstract:Xuzhou International Central Square is composed of 2 super high-rise towers with the height of 260m and 1 high-rise commercial podium. Combined with features of the project, key technical issues in the structural design were introduced, including structural system selection, confirmation on seismic performance objectives of towers, treatments to big opening and super-long structure in high-rise commercial podium, serviceability design of large-span cantilever beam and steel corridors, finite element analysis of cross node with eight steel pipes in the sunshine room roof, applications of super-long pre-stressed anchor and compression capsule-type under-reamed ground anchor. Some new structure techniques in city complex designs were applied to meet the demands of reasonable building function, structural security and comfort, and convenient construction.
